Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.It is a system of slow controlled movement's, focusing primarily on strengthening the core muscles that stabilize and support the spine, realign the body and correct any postural problem's

  • Pilates bring's together mind and body, focusing on concentration, balance flexibility and strength to create lean muscles, a flatter tummy and an increased range of mobility.

  • Pilates classes are now a regular session on studio timetables and are widely used by Personal Trainer's, Physiotherapist's and Osteopath's.
