This gives you the opportunity to explore different therapies, providing they are compatible. For instance if you are suffering with acute stress you may require a wonderful LaStone therapy or Aromatherapy massage but there may be a need for some “talking” therapy e.g. Counselling, Hypnotherapy or Life Coaching.

There may be some physical symptoms i.e.  indigestion, headaches, bowel problems, in which case we may suggest Health Screening, Acupuncture, Homoeopathy, or Colon Hydrotherapy,

 The body may be out of alignment due to stress affecting the body posture, then Bowen technique or Chiropractic treatment can be very beneficial. When there is misalignment in the spinal column for instance this can cause pressure on the nerve supply to the related organs in that particular area which can then in turn cause symptoms. Once these misalignments have been corrected then the nerve function can be restored.
