Kinesiology

WHAT IS IT?

A truly holistic hands on drug free natural health therapy.

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to identify imbalances a person has by monitoring their ability to hold their muscles against light pressure.  Each muscle is related to an organ and an energy pathway called a meridian. Together the muscle, organ and meridian form a circuit. If there are chemical, emotional, structural or energetic stresses, weakening the circuit the muscle test will feel weak indicating an imbalance.

Based on the feedback from the muscle test a treatment plan can then be devised once the reason for the imbalance has been discovered. The treatment may include nutritional supplements, various emotional stress release techniques, energy re-balancing, Bach Flower Remedies, acupressure, gentle structural realignment, light touch, firm reflex massage, lifestyle changes and more…

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Through muscle testing your body indicates to the Kinesiologist any imbalances in your body’s energy circuits’, this is shown by a weak or spongy muscle test.  The Kinesiologist again by using muscle testing can establish what your body requires to correct the imbalances, by added to the energy circuit various supplements, foods, flower remedies and emotions they can establish what is causing the imbalance.

HOW IMBALANCES ARE CORRECTED?

Chemical imbalances may require Clients to take nutritional supplements, usually for a month or so until your system is back in balance and or to avoid certain foods.

Emotional imbalances are helped by using Dr Bach Flower Remedies and emotional balancing techniques.

Energy imbalances are corrected by using energy balancing techniques and also establishing the cause of the energy imbalance.

Physical imbalances are corrected using acupressure massage and some realignment techniques.

Once imbalances are corrected often for the corrections to last important lifestyle changes are also necessary and these are discussed with Clients during the consultation.

HOW WILL I FEEL AFTER THE TREATMENT?

Some Clients feel tired, this is due to the moving of energy and should only be temporary, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water after a treatment.

Often Clients feel full of energy after a treatment and this continues, those who do feel tired usually by the following day feel the benefits of the treatment. Everyone is different and it depends on how long they have had the imbalances and what has been the cause.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Again this goes down to the individual and how long they have had health problems and whether they choose to makes the necessary lifestyle changes, initially you may need 2 weekly treatments then monthly for a few months depending how you progress.  As a preventative health measure it is recommended that treatments are repeated every 3 to 4 months for Clients to maintain optimum health.
