Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. It is a system of slow controlled movement’s, focusing primarily on strengthening the core muscles that stabilise and support the spine, realign the body and correct any postural problem’s. It bring’s together mind and body, focusing on concentration, balance flexibility and strength to create lean muscles, a flatter tummy and an increased range of mobility.
Pilates classes are now a regular session on studio timetables and are widely used by Personal Trainer’s, Physiotherapist’s and Osteopath’s.
