BACK 4 GOOD HEALTHY BACK COURSE– SPECIALIST PILATES FOR LOW BACK PAIN
If you are looking at back pain prevention, then the ‘Healthy Back’ group class is the perfect option as it is an effective exercise for the prevention and management of low back pain. Based on the world-renowned Body Control Pilates programme, these classes will give you a gentle, balanced workout with the focus on strengthening the core abdominals that do so much to support your back, improve the quality of your movements and keep your spine flexible and strong. Class sizes are small so that you get maximum attention and support.
This class will be healing and transformational; you will learn about the Chakra system and how to find a balance, enhance your intuition and experience a deeper connection with yourself. In our journey of self-discovery and healing we use asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, techniques drawn from a range of bodywork traditions; journaling, contemplation, pairs and group work.
These guided evening Meditation Sessions offer a safe space to simply be still, allowing yourself to breathe and connect with yourself and to feel relaxed and peaceful. Guided Meditation is useful for people who are new to meditation as it is easy to do. It’s also a way for people more experienced with meditation, to have a deep and more vivid experience, helping them deal with specific issues.
MEDITATION & PSYCHIC CIRCLE
This will be a great group to join as it will cover all aspect of the psychic and spiritual including medium-ship, healing and spiritual protection techniques. It will give you a deeper understanding of spirit and help to develop your senses and perception.
PARKINSON’S MOVEMENT GROUP
Would you like to regain your confidence and be empowered, but are reluctant to take the journey by yourself? Come and be a part of this brand new social community group. A Parkinson’s Movement Group that welcomes individuals to just be themselves. Move, share news, have a cuppa, and get to know yourself again.
Pilates is a physical fitness system that suits all ages and level of fitness. It helps to improve flexibility, builds core strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Pilates classes are now a regular session on studio timetables and are widely used by Personal Trainer’s, Physiotherapist’s and Osteopath’s.
RELEASE • RELAX • RESET
These classes are one hour a week just for you to release any tension and take time to re-balance.
RESTORATIVE SOUND HEALING GUIDED MEDITATION WITH CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS
This weekly class gives you time to relax and feel restored; you will be laying down so please bring a blanket and cushion.
SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT CIRCLE
This development circle is for people who wish to develop and strengthen their spiritual, psychic, healing and mediumship abilities. You will learn to work with your guides, deepening and improving your connection, feeling and working with energy and learning how to trust your intuition.
Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. It is practiced around the world as a health promoting exercise and can reduce stress, improve posture, balance and general mobility and increase muscle strength in the legs.
