Yoga (Beginners) with Nicola

Yoga for Beginners is a fluid, relaxing yoga class for those wanting a slower paced class, or those with injuries, fibromyalgia or back pain. Bring a pillow/cushion and blanket along for the relaxation part of class.
Nicola is a Yoga Alliance UK Registered Teacher.
