Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. It is a system of slow controlled movement’s, focusing primarily on strengthening the core muscles that stabilise and support the spine, realign the body and correct any postural problem’s. It bring’s together mind and body, focusing on concentration, balance flexibility and strength to create lean muscles, a flatter tummy and an increased range of mobility.
Pilates classes are now a regular session on studio timetables and are widely used by Personal Trainer’s, Physiotherapist’s and Osteopath’s.
Pilates has something to offer both men and women of all ages, and all levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes

Niki completed her APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) matwork training in 2012 and has completed further matwork training with Polestar Pilates in 2016. She is currently working under the guidance of Polestar Pilates trained mentors and educators in London on a regular basis, as well as the Wiltshire Pilates team.
