Paulette Snudden MBACP

Therapeutic Counsellor

Paulette Snudden 2Paulette is a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) with over 30 years of experience working in the health sector.

As an integrative Counsellor, Paulette draws upon different theories to allow her to shape her approach to fit with each person’s individual requirements and needs.

Paulette’s aim is to help a client to see things more clearly; to enable them to focus on feelings, experiences or behaviours with a goal to facilitating positive change. Making that first step to see a Counsellor can be daunting, especially if the client has had no previous experience of counselling. Paulette offers them space and time to discuss the issues that have been causing them concern, to explore what they are looking for and for them to decide if they can work together to empower them to make those changes.

She has a special interest in anxiety; stress, emotional issues, personal development/discovery, depression. mental health issues, low self esteem, phobias and obsessions.

I had counselling with Paulette over a 2 year period. She was kind, compassionate, non-judgemental and she always treated me with the utmost respect. I left the sessions each week feeling empowered and this enabled me to make positive changes in my life. I cannot recommend Paulette highly enough. – Jane.

I’d like to thank you Paulette so much for your help so far, with my counselling sessions. You’ve been amazing and I really, honestly don’t think I’d have had the strength to get this far without your support. – K.
